Discord Invite Discord Bot

The Helltides.com Discord bot is finally here! You can now get automated messages for when a Helltide starts directly in your Discord server. This bot will be expanded as the site grows and if you all desire more features.

How to Use

In order to get automated alerts simply invite the Helltides.com Bot to your discord server using the button above. Once you're bot is in the server the global slash commands will be available to your users and admins. If you wanted automated pings for when Helltides are active simply go the channel you want and type /subscribe. It's that simple. That channel will now recieve a ping when a Helltide goes live. Check out more commands below for additional functionality.
  1. Invite Bot
  2. Go to Desired Channel
  3. Type /subscribe
  4. Choose Alert Type HelltideWorld BossLegion
  5. Get Active Helltide, World Boss or Legion Pings

Slash Commands

/helltide all users

The /helltide command will reply with the current Helltide status. Any user can use this command in any channel. This command can also be DM'ed to the bot. The echoed message cannot be modified at this time. 

/worldboss all users

The /worldboss command will reply with the curent World Boss status. Any user can use this command in any channel. This command can also be DM'ed to the bot. The echoed message cannot be modified at this time. 

/legion all users

The /legion command will reply with the current Legion status. Any user can use this command in any channel. This command can also be DM'ed to the bot. The echoed message cannot be modified at this time.

Admins can restrict the use of the /helltide, /worldboss, or /legion commands locally via the Server->Integration->Command Permission settings. 

/schedule alert(s) all users

The /schedule command will reply with the current Helltide, World Boss, or Legion schedule depending on your selection. You can select multiple events for a combined schedule. The schedule will be for roughly the next 24 hours. 

/subscribe alert purge Admin Only

Use the /subscribe command inside a channel you would like automated alerts to go to. The bot must be present in the channel and have messaging rights in order to send messages to it. This is an admin only command.

Parameters
  • alertrequired - The type of alert you want to subscribe to.
  • purgeoptional - Set old alerts to delete before sending new ones. 
/unsubscribe alert Admin Only

Use the /unsubscribe command inside a channel you would like to remove automated alerts from. The first parameter is the type of alert you want to unsubscribe from. This is an admin only command. 

/add_message alert msg Admin Only

The /add_message command allows you to append a message to the default Helltide is active alert. This is useful if you want to ping any roles to the message. The first parameter is the type of alert you want to add and the second parameter is the message. This is an admin only command.
